New place, everything was great...

Notified kindly of late arrival time, surrounded by a lovely patio, close to Palais des Festivals and beach, with free WiFi and air conditioning, and lift-accessible apartments.
Loved not receiving an invoice after requesting one, and the parking situation was just wonderful.

The room was big and the air conditioning was excellent. The kitchen was adequately equipped and there's a nice seating area all the apartments can use with an open roof. The location is excellent just five minutes from the station and five minutes from the beach. We speak very poor French and the lady that greeted us spoke very little English but we got there in the end! It was a bit noisy with the washing machine constantly on outside our door and people cleaning from 8am and we weren't clear where to put our rubbish - maybe a welcome guide in the room would help? Overall it was good value for Cannes in a great location.
The free wifi didn't work for us, it kept saying pages had been blocked so we just used another open network. I didn't try to explain with my rubbish French so might have been a one off.

Excellent location for shopping and nightlife. Real bargain for a centrally located Cannes hotel. Huge rooms. Would definitely stay again. The hotel is having building work done but at the price we paid you just over look this.
Booked parking but when we arrived the place had been taken, luckily was able to find somewhere nearby.

I absolutely adored the decor of the hotel. The beautiful furnishings and charming touches made me feel right at home. The common areas were spacious and welcoming, perfect for relaxed conversations with fellow guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The elevator was conveniently located, allowing me to easily navigate the property without any trouble.
If I had one suggestion to make my vacation even better, it would be to have grab bars in the bathroom. As a senior, sometimes I need a little extra support and stability when moving around in slippery conditions.

I really enjoyed my stay in the residence, the room was really clean which is one of the most important criteria for me, its in a great location, you are 2 minutes away from the beach and at the same time in the city center. The place is quiet and really confortable. I highly recomend this place.

Surprise surprise, I had to ring them for checking in, but at least the lady was nice, despite not speaking English. Great location though, close to the beach and the film festival.
Oh, no reception? How convenient.

The room was perfect for me, despite not using the kitchen much. Ideal with hot weather but gets cold with the aircon. the location is extremely convenient, only 5 minutes from the train station. the lady in the reception was really helpful and kind. the staff, especially Rud, went above and beyond with great support and service. the property is very convenient for La Croisette and shopping. the kitchen is well equipped.
Felt great, nothing to complain about.

I chose this hotel for attending a business mixer and was pleased to find that they had a conference room for events and meetings. The room was spacious and well-equipped, accommodating up to 40 people comfortably. The facilities provided a conducive environment for a successful business gathering.
I did miss having a dedicated business center or work area with business services such as printing and faxing. It would have been convenient to have these resources readily available for my work-related needs.
